🔄 Return Policy

To begin with, you may return any product within 28 days of receiving it.
In order to qualify, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and undamaged
  • It should include all original packaging and tags

If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to approve the return.

To start a return, simply email us at support@wanepo.com.
We will guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization Number.

Please note:

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • For your protection, we suggest using a trackable shipping method

Fortunately, we do not charge any restocking fees.


💳 Refund Policy

After we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Typically, refunds take 4–9 business days to appear, depending on your bank.


🔁 Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges.
Instead, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item
  2. Placing a new order for the desired variant

This method ensures faster service and product availability.


⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.
Depending on product availability and your preference, we’ll:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Process a refund
