1. Return Conditions
- You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.
- To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All labels, packaging, and accessories must be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Items returned after the 28-day period
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us at support@wanepo.com within 28 days of receiving your item.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the product back using a trackable shipping service.
Note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to Wanepo’s error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to Wanepo’s error.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are usually processed within 4–9 business days, depending on your bank.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
- If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will notify you and may ship it back to you.
5. Product Exchanges
- We do not currently support direct exchanges.
- If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Email support@wanepo.com within 28 days of receiving your order.
- Attach photos of the item and packaging.
- We will provide either a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
