Return & Refund Policy

At Wanepo, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Our returns and refunds process is designed to be clear, straightforward, and transparent. Please review the policy below before submitting a request.


1. Return Conditions

  • You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.
  • To qualify for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
    • All labels, packaging, and accessories must be included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Items returned after the 28-day period
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at support@wanepo.com within 28 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping service.

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to Wanepo’s error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to Wanepo’s error.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 4–9 business days, depending on your bank.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
  • If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will notify you and may ship it back to you.

5. Product Exchanges

  • We do not currently support direct exchanges.
  • If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Email support@wanepo.com within 28 days of receiving your order.
  2. Attach photos of the item and packaging.
  3. We will provide either a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
