Requesting a Cancellation

  • A brief explanation of the cancellation request.

We will review your request and respond promptly.


Cancellation Eligibility

  • Before Shipment:
    • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
    • We aim to process and ship orders within 2-4 business days. Therefore, it is important to submit your cancellation request as soon as possible.
    • If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are processed within 10 business days and reimbursed via the original payment method.
  • After Shipment:
    • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
    • If you wish to cancel a shipped order, you may refuse delivery upon its arrival. After the package is returned to us:
      • A refund will be issued, minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Modifying Orders

  • Modifications to order details (e.g., shipping address or product specifications) must be requested as soon as possible.
  • Once an order is shipped, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect for verification.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Refunds for returned shipments due to refusal of delivery will deduct shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Exclusions

  • We do not offer order modifications, exchanges, or returns except in cases of damaged or defective products.
  • If stock availability or unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
