2. Cancellation Eligibility

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Since we process orders within 2 to 4 business days, timely cancellation is necessary.
  • If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

After Shipment

  • Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be canceled.
  • However, you may still return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address or update product details:

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped or delivered.

  • We will offer either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
