  • All payments must be made in U.S. dollars

2. Billing Information

3. Pricing & Promotions

  • Price Changes: Product prices may change without prior notice.
  • Promotional Codes: Must be applied during checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers unless stated.

4. Order Confirmation & Invoicing

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with items, shipping method, and billing details.
  • An itemized invoice will be included with your shipment, showing charges, shipping costs, and discounts (if applicable).

5. Payment Processing

  • Authorization: By submitting payment, you authorize Wanepo to charge your selected method for the order amount.
  • Security: All transactions undergo authorization and fraud screening. Credit card details are always encrypted.
  • Failed Transactions: If a payment fails or is declined, you will be notified by email and must provide an alternative method.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are usually processed within 4–9 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Contact Us First: If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our support team at support@wanepo.com before filing a chargeback. We will investigate and provide a fair resolution.
  • Chargebacks: Unauthorized or invalid chargebacks will be investigated. If found invalid, you may be held responsible for the chargeback amount and related fees.
