At Wanepo, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Wanepo reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 6–8 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.


5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order separately.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at: support@wanepo.com

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a full refund—depending on product availability and your preference.
