- To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
- Products returned after the 28-day window
- Items showing wear, damage, or modifications
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item using a trackable courier service.

- Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to a Wanepo error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please place a new order once your return is processed.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds usually appear within 4–9 business days, depending on your bank.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
- If the item does not meet return conditions, we’ll notify you and may return the item back to you.
5. Product Exchanges
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
- If you need another product, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

- Include photos of the product and packaging.
- We’ll offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including original shipping fees.
