1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.
  • To qualify:
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
    • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
  • Products returned after the 28-day window
  • Items showing wear, damage, or modifications

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@wanepo.com within 28 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable courier service.

💡 Note:

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to a Wanepo error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please place a new order once your return is processed.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected:
    • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Refunds usually appear within 4–9 business days, depending on your bank.
    • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
  • If the item does not meet return conditions, we’ll notify you and may return the item back to you.

5. Product Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
  • If you need another product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

  1. Email info@wanepo.com immediately.
  2. Include photos of the product and packaging.
  3. We’ll offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including original shipping fees.
