🛒 Ordering
1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple.
Just browse our store, add your favorite products to your cart, and click Checkout.
Then, follow the steps to input your billing and shipping details, choose a payment method, and complete your purchase.
2. Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Yes, if you act quickly.
Please email us at support@wanepo.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
We’ll do our best to help. However, if the order has already shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Use that number to track your delivery and estimate when it will arrive.
🚚 Shipping
1. What is the estimated shipping time?
Standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 4–8 business days after processing.
Keep in mind, shipping times can vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
2. Does Wanepo offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
We hope to expand internationally soon!
3. Is there a shipping fee?
Yes. We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.75 for all U.S. orders — no matter the quantity.

1. What is your return policy?
You may return items within 28 days of receiving them.
The product must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
